Tár (2022)

Todd Field’s “Tár”, starring Kate Blanchett, is considered one of the best movies of last year and probably one of the more controversial. Though people in the US barely saw it in the theater, it’s grown a creeping buzz around it. Now it’s on Prime Video and more people will watch it and I recommend they do and tell us about it. Mondays are our “Catching Up” movies for the month and, so far, 2022 looks like it was a year of some pretty great movies. I mean, “Tár” and “Black Adam” alone…
